I'll second the food thing, but the Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena
last time was too loud to be able to hear conversations. (Ok, so

Alternatively, if somebody has a talk to give, I can again offer 
a conference room at Rent.com in Santa Monica (plans a couple
months ago fell through because I had a baby).
