is more commonly called "Fête Nationale"

"Noël"                      => "#26.12.",
If you keep this one in, I'd call it "Noël (2)" to differentiate
it from the 'real' Noël

Taken from the 'FR' profile, but this also holds for Belgium

    "Epiphanie"                 => "#06.01.",
    "Chandeleur"                => "#02.02.",
    "Mardi-Gras"                => "#-47",
