LPM: template suggestions

I like Text::Template.  You don't have to learn any new syntax, and you can 
do absolutely *anything* you want in your templates.  If you have page 
designers fooling around with the templates, there is a little more rope 
for them to hang themselves with compared to other template 
approaches.  But if you're doing your own templates, or the page designers 
are just down the hall, the flexibility is fantastic.
