For the PM list:

The right way - uns*bscribe from the old address. Res*bscribe with the
new address. Instructions at lexington.pm.org

The easy way - Send me the old address and the new address, and I can
modify it directly. The difficulty there is that I am rather busy, and
may not get to it for a day or son. It depends when you catch me.
