LPM: DynamicSTATE's Perl2Exe

i've tried out perl2exe under windows. yes, bloated execs, but they do
have a shareware version you can use. the downside is that every time you
run an exec created with the shareware warning, it spews an ad for the
full version out before actually doing anything useful. but overall, it
seemed about as efficient as anything else for windows.
