LPM: Today's meeting

Things decided/discussed at today's inaugural meeting of the Lexington
Perl Mongers:

Jalapeno's on Broadway is a lot cleaner than Jalapeno's on New Circle.
Nat Torkington is coming to Lexington sometime in the near future. It
would be cool to get him to come talk to Lexington.pm about something.
Buying him a beer might be sufficient coercion.
Since Patrick did not make it, the Grand Poobah title was bestowed upon
The Camel. OK, I made that one up.
There are several other people in the area that might be convinced to
attend other meetings of this nature.
Monthly is probably good for most people if it's at lunch time.
The purpose of this group is still somewhat undefined, but contains
elements of the following: Local "support group" for Perl junkies. Tech
support for Perl questions, before throwing outselves before oncoming
trucks and/or posting to c.l.p.m, both of which have similar
consequences. Local version of the Perl Advocacy movement (see
http://www.perl.org/cgi-bin/list-instructions?type=tpi&list=advocacy ).
