Although the preferable option would be to find a date and time where
everyone could be present, I propose the following.  If there's a better
option (a distinct possibility), please blurt it out in a loud, confident
manner.

In the interest of getting this thing off the ground, I think we should go
with the 10th at 12:30 (unless there is a huge revolt by other villagers).
At this meeting, we will, of course, lament the absence of Mark (see 2nd
attachment below) and look forward to seeing him at the second meeting.  (We
might even name a dinner roll in his honor.)

In any case, I hereby recuse myself from any input as to the location with
the stipulation that it remain somewhere in the tri-state area.  Other than
that, I'm there.

	March 10th is the only day in the entire month of March that I have 
	anything on my schedule so far.  I have 2 lunch meetings on that day

	that already conflict.  Can we please pick another day.  I'd hate to

	have a 3rd meeting during the lunch hour.
