[kw-pm] YAPC photo mosaic

I've done something like it before in Java with zooming, then I compiled
the images into an animation. So one image would be mosaiced with the
closest matching matching images and then you'd zoom in see the pixels
at greater detail, eventually 1 pixel would replace the picture entirely
and you could zoom into a new photo.
