There remain in fact plenty of on-site rooms (89 Chestnut) as well as other
rooms (e.g. cheaper university dorm rooms at Ryerson University, nearby).  There
was a bit of a scare/crunch regarding # of rooms available, but I spent a fair
bit of time last week renegotiating with the rooms manager at 89 Chestnut and we
now have a new block of rooms allocated to us.  I haven't yet updated the
YAPC::NA web site with this information, though.

That's USD$85, to be precise.
