[kw-pm] SOAP authentication

Hi :

This may be a little out of topic. I am writing a small web service 
application, gSOAP for server side and SOAP::Lite for client side. I 
need a mechanism to authenticate user who can use the service. Is there 
any standardized and practical (relatively easy) way to do it?
