[kw-pm] looking for quick and dirty perl/tk registration program

  my brother is running a local bike race next month, and he's
looking for a basic rider registration program; you know,
name, address, category and so on.  has to run under win98.

  i suggested perl/tk, so can anyone point me at something
like this ready to go?  obviously, i can hack the individual
fields, but it would be nice to just download something like
this.

  pointers?
