[Kochi-pm] Activating Kochi-pm.org

Thanks VC. Actually i am working on a free time mobile based project
whose backend is currently php since i dont know to configure Perl on
shared server space.
Also once the project is over i would like you guys to be my alpha
testers. So please let me know if you guys Are interested.
Also we should be conducting get together so that developers like me
can get more knowledge from you guys .
