[Kc] Win32::Registry::File

I am in need of a way to parse Registry Files which is also called a
Registration Entries file. I have only found one module that can do
mostly everything I want. But the module has not been updated since
2002. The one nice thing is that it mostly self-contained and has very
few dependencies. Would it be better to update this to current
standards or just re-write everything. I am leaning more towards just
updating the current code to support my needs, and adding some tests.
