[Kc] pc perl droplet

I really appreciate everyone's input on this!  I've been looking into a 
few of these and am still a bit lost (for example, I downloaded a free 
version of ActiveState and installed it but can't figure out how the 
heck to use it or create a droplet with it.  I'm assuming I need to 
purchase software for it to work like I'm wanting?).  If it's cool I'd 
like to ask some questions about this stuff at the meeting tonight.
