 life-cycle development for Web applications using Perl, XML, and PL/SQL.
 The candidate will be working in a team environment to enhance and support
 fuel card systems. The candidate must have a strong Web application
 development background. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of web
 development using Perl, XML, Javascript, HTML/DHTML, Oracle, Linux and C.
 Candidate should have knowledge and experience in full life-cycle system
 development.
