DESIRED SKILLS:

1.) Java programming experience

2.) Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following:

    - Voice XML

    - Java SWT/ Eclipse and User Interface design using Java and
Eclipse

    - Speech Recognition (ASR: Nuance, Scansoft, Speechworks, or
ViaVoice)

    - CTI (Genesys, Nortel-Symposium, Avaya)

    - IVR (InterVoice, Nortel, Avaya Conversant, Edify, etc.)

    - UML Modeling Tools (Enterprise Architect or Rational Rose)

    - Extreme Programming & Iterative Development methodologies

    - UNIX/Linux

    - Web server based development (Weblogic, WebSphere, Apache,
iPLanet)

    - DBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Informix, MySQL)

3.) A technical degree or significant experience (We value
experience over academic or certification credentials.)

4.) Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

5.) Good troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills. The
ability to be a self-starter.

6.) Knowledge & experience in C, C++, Perl, Unix Scripting and/or
Visual Basic

7.) Socket and network programming experience

8.) Telecommunication and networking experience
