Here are a few suggestions:

Beginning/General Perl
-----------------------
Learning Perl, 3rd Edition - Randal L. Schwartz, (O'Reilly)
Sams's Teach Yourself Perl in 24 Hours - Clinton Pierce (Not the 21 Days)
Perl Cookbook, 2nd Edition?, (O'Reilly)
Programming Perl, 3rd Edition, (O'Reilly) is handy, but I normally just use the
Perl docs.

CGI
---
Writing CGI Applications with Perl, Kevin Meltzer/Brent Michalski, Addison
Wesley
Official Guide to CGI.pm, Linconl Stein

Beyond that, it depends on what you want to do (mod_perl, XML, etc.)
