[Kc] Win32 CD AutoRun.inf

At yesterday's meeting Michael Morgan asked what file do you need to modify
on a cd to start a web browser on insertion. In answer, the file is named
autorun.inf and its contents should be similar to the following:

[autorun]
OPEN=bin\i386\ShelExec index.htm

[autorun.x86]
OPEN=bin\i386\ShelExec index.htm

[autorun.alpha]
OPEN=bin\Alpha\ShelExec index.htm
