[Kc] appropriate topics for the mailing list?

    I think in general, code/design/implementation questions posted to the 
    list tend to spur more general discussion as people get to know each
    other.  I have to admit the list has been so low traffic I typically
    go "What is this? ... oh KCPM .." but then again I get so much
    E-mail I have the tendency to glaze over after awhile. 

    I've only attended one meeting long ago, as I live in Lawrence and
    don't tend to make it to KC very often. 

    As for "appropriate message", I think if it has anything to do with
    Perl that within reason it should be allowed. This may mean
    discussions about Perl on a particular platform,
    compiling/installing issues, code optimization, etc, etc.
