[kansaipm] install error from CPAN

はじめまして、先ほどsubscribeしましたsheemerといいます。よろしくお願いします。

ML入会したてはしばらく黙って様子を見るのですが、ちと急ぎの事情がありまして
主旨が場違いでないことを祈りつつ、いきなり発言させていただきます。

VineLinux2.5CRを使っています。CPANからいくつかモジュールをgetしてインストール
しました。perl -MCPAN -e shellでシェルモードで作業していますが、
Date::CalcとImage::Magickがインストールエラーになります：

前者はテストがわずかに通らず、後者はmakeに失敗している様に見えます。
