以前、Dick さんに確認したとき、次のような返事をいただいています。

ActivePerl に関して言えば、Kansai.pm のオリジナルＣＤから入手した人は、
Web からダウンロードした場合と同じ条件で再配布できます。つまり、自分の
組織（それが Kansai.pm でなくても）内での再配布は自由ということです。

これは是非入れてください。

ＣＤの内容説明の最初に、ライセンスに関する注意事項を説明しようと思って
いるのですが、README をプロジェクタで表示しながら適宜口頭で補うような
形でできればありがたいです。ActivePerl に関しては、最新版がその Web か
ら入手可能できることも伝えなくてはならないので、URL は必要です。

Dick さんから提示された４つの条件を再掲しておきます。
