indianapolis List Owner mail bounces, possible list closure

Will the list owner please contact me (sysadmin for pm.org)?

If I don't get a response, I'll send a second mail, then now response
and the list will be closed.

I'm not trying to shutdown operating lists, just I get 100+ bounces a
day (from the 400+ lists).  I only get bounces if the list owner's email
is invalid.
