It looks like several people would not be able to make it if we moved
the meeting to Wednesday. Also, no one is volunteering to present.

So, I declare this meeting "March's Lightning Talks".

We've done this before, and it seemed pretty popular at the time. For
those who have never seen them (or have forgotten), a lightning talk is
a short presentation on something (anything) that is no more than 5
minutes in length.

This is short enough that almost anyone can do one with little or no
preparation. Is there a module you use a lot, or a technique that
you've found interesting (or baffling)? Get up in front of the group
and say a few words about it. You can have slides or not. You can be
funny or not.

For the audience, they get to see a little information about several
topics. For a presenter, you really don't have to be up there long (and
it's pretty easy to be somewhat interesting for 5 minutes<grin/>).

If you have a particular idea, feel free to send it to me and I'll make
up a list of presentations. Or, you could do something spontaneous that
evening.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
