[pm-h] Workshop with brian and August meeting

It has been pointed out to me that I did not do a very good job of
communicating about this.

The CPAN workshop with brian is an extra bonus meeting in addition to
our regularly scheduled August meeting. Since the date he could be
available is about halfway between our normal meetings, it made more
sense to just have another meeting.
