[pm-h] Windows Shebang

Thanks.

That is what I have been led to believe, but when I remove the "Windows"
shebang from the first line, which is

#!c:/perl/bin/perl.exe

the script fails.

The path to Perl is OK. I linked *.cgi file types to Perl.exe. What else do
I need to do or not do?

Fraser
