[pm-h] New Venue for February meeting

HostGator has offered to sponsor the Houston.pm meetings. They are not
replacing cPanel as our sponsor. Instead, they would like to share the
sponsorship.

As a first move, HostGator has offered to host the February meeting at
their offices

Obviously, any change in location is going to be easier for some and
more difficult for others. I would appreciate any input about this
change.

If all goes well, we will probably alternate between the two locations
(cPanel and HostGator).
