[pm-h] Regex module I mentioned

In the meeting I mentioned a module from Damian that showed walking
through a regular expression to see how it worked.

I confused two things when I mentioned it.

The module is Regexp::Debugger.
The script that shows it off is rxrx.

Playing with this will help you understand what your regexes are doing.
