[pm-h] mac apache and perl issues!

Apache + mod_perl2 is worth looking at when getting started, too. But
whatever you do, I would not do it directly on your Mac. I'd do it using a
VirtualBox image, maybe even via a Vagrant box (http://vagrantbox.es).
