[pm-h] May Technical Meeting

It looks like we are going to have another change in the meeting topic
for this month. Tristan will not be presenting on Testing Modules.

As a replacement, I will be presenting a version of the talk I will be
presenting at YAPC::NA this June. This will be more of an introduction
to testing code in Perl.
