[pm-h] April and May Technical meetings have been swapped

Due to some scheduling difficulties, the talk scheduled for a week from
Thursday (Apr. 14) has to be delayed for a month. Fortunately, Gordon
Child, who was scheduled to talk in May was ready early.

As such, we'll swap the talks from April and May.

See you in a little under two weeks for Gordon's talk.
