It would be a good idea to think about topics a few months into the
future, not just next month. This allows someone to volunteer to
present even if they don't think they can prepare before the next
meeting.

We've talked about projects in the past, and even trying to help out
the Perl community. But, maybe a hackathon would be more successful.
