[pm-h] Eclipse Perl module

A question was asked tonight about whether or not the Perl Eclipse plugin
(EPIC) would show available methods when you are trying to access the
methods of an object. According to the EPIC FAQ, this is called "Content
Assist", and they do support it.

I just tried it, and it works pretty well. The triggers for this feature are
'>' (for method calls) and ':' (for class methods).
