[HoustonTx.pm] Resume's in XML.

All,
  I am currently writing up a resume.xml DTD.  When I
am finished.  Once that is complete, I am also going
to create at least one XSLT.  I will post this on
http://houston.pm.org.  

  I really want to start doing something with the
houston.pm.org website. This PM is stagnating, and I
don't want it to.
