[hbpm] Linux.Conf.au 2006 submissions

Just a reminder, the talk submission deadline is today.  So far,
interest has not been sufficient to warrant a separate Perl mini-conf
(judging by mailing list traffic, anyway), but of course Perl talks are
welcome at the main conference.
