Hey everyone,

In continuing with tradition (is it a tradition?), we're planning on
offering a hackathon at the end of this year's yapc.  I have a location that
I believe would be perfect for the hackathon.  I'll be reviewing the
hackathon SocialText wiki, but would welcome any thoughts, concerns, etc. on
the subject.

A few items that might help:

* Let people know as soon as possible (note the question to the yapc list).

* Find someone else to organize it if at all possible since I'm sure 
you'll have your hands full. :)

* Find out if you need any funding.

Yes, I think it's a tradition now. :)
