[Groningen-pm] new member & language question

Hoi all!

I am Òscar, 28, from Barcelona, just another perl lover who's just landed in
Groningen (I moved in yesterday). I do python and php for a living, and perl
and a bit of haskell for fun. Hi you all!

Re the language, I do not -yet- speak Dutch. From your emails I understand
Dutch is the official language in Groningen pm meetings, is it not?
