<br>Socialtext has been building software with a physically distributed team since 2002. In this session, Matt Heusser will describe the benefits, opportunities, and challenges of distributed development, from the financial case for a distributed team, to the skills, technologies and techniques that make distributed pair programming and collaboration not only possible, but effective. And, he'll explain Socialtext's agile process of tracking user stories from inception to release. Gain an understanding of the business case for remote work, how to avoid its pitfalls, and enjoy its benefits.<br>
