The Priority Health Conference room has been booked for November 20.  So we
need to make a different plan.

The options are:

A. Combine the November and December meetings to December 3rd at Priority
Health.

B. Social gathering after work hours, same or different day.

C. Alternate location?

D. Other suggestions.
