   The Business Enabling team ensures the optimal performance of our Human
   Resources, Finance and other business units software applications and
   systems
   through the technical solutions they create and maintain.

   As the Associate Software Engineer focus will be to:
   * Develop customized applications using Java (primary)
   * Support existing package & custom developed applications
   * Maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing package & custom developed
   applications

   Key functions of the role include:
   * Develop programs or scripts according to specifications and established
   coding standards, analyzing and testing them for accuracy and optimal
   performance
   * Perform integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability and

   * Establish and enforce coding standards for programs or scripts
   * Analyze and resolve program/script or system failures

   The ideal candidate for this position will have these attributes:
   * Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
   * One to three years previous software development experience or an
   equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
   * Proficient with Java, SQL, and Unix
   * Eclipse, WebLogic, Autosys, and Microsoft Access/Excel are highly
   preferred
   * Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
   * Demonstrates a strong focus on customer outcomes, teamwork, innovation,
   creativity, and relationship building
   * Strong verbal and writing skills
   * Effective time management, organization, and communication skills
