I heard a similar topic on NPR's Tech Nation www.technation.com. An author, Paul Glen, was interviewed. He wrote "Leading Geeks", which sounded like an interesting read:

Hardcover: 250 pages ; Dimensions (in inches): 1.02 x 9.26 x 6.26
Publisher: John Wiley & Sons; 1st edition (November 1, 2002)
ISBN: 0787961485
Amazon.com Sales Rank: 3,511

Anybody read it and have some thoughts?
