CGI presentation for August meeting now online

In a startling turn of events, I'm done ahead of schedule. Which is a good
thing, since I don't know if we'll have the equipment to do an online
presentation onsite.

My sample cgi application is at:
https://newreggie.usxc.net/cgi-bin/cgi-demo.pl (note that it's an https, not
an http!)

I highly recommend anyone who's completely new at this to have a look, click
on all the left-side buttons, submit some queries, examine the code and see
how much you can glean on your own, then we can deal with specifics at the
meeting. To be honest, to get much out of the site, you'll have to
understand HTML & have done some web pages the old-fashioned way. The
objective here is to show how CGI.pm's "abstracting" approach makes dynamic
web content and form processing possible. The descriptions are fairly
terse; more detail is given in my handout, which I'll bring to the meeting.

Have fun!

Bill
