RFP - Request For Presenters

First off, I wanted to let the group know that Steve Poling has
graciously offered to teach us a little about crypto, but he won't be
able to until next month's GR.pm meeting.

For this month's GR.pm meeting (October 27th) we're sending out this
RFP - Request For Presenters.  If you'd be willing to talk to the group
about any topic even obliquely related to Perl, please let me or Paul
Tjapkes know.
