GR.pm Social Meeting Thursday Evening Dec. 14th @ 6pm @ Bangkok View Restaurant

Bangkok View is a little Thai restaurant at 1233 28th Street SW in
Wyoming.  It's basically across from Studio 28 in a little strip mall
by Southland Auto Wash.

I called Bangkok View and spoke to a nice, oriental-sounding lady.  I
asked how far in advance I should make reservations for a party of say,
10 to 15 people.

At first she said "Two weeks."

I exclaimed "Two weeks!?!" (I'd already missed that deadline).

So she revised her answer to "One week."

I replied, "Really?  I should make a reservation one week ahead of
time?".

She again revised her answer; this time to "Two or three days."

At that point, I decided to stop the game and thanked the nice-sounding
lady for her help.

I'm not sure why she desired for us to make reservations that far in
advance (since the restaurant hasn't been packed whenever I've looked),
but I will attempt to comply.

**To that end, please send me an email no later than next Monday
letting me know if you plan to attend.**

And, if there's sufficient interest, perhaps we can head over to Zap
Zone (just a few doors down on 28th street) after dinner to burn off
some kilocalories playing Lazer Tag.
