[Edinburgh-pm] OT: One night stay in Edinburgh

Hi!

Not sure if your Perl Monger group is still active and/or if I actually ever met anybody of you at a Perl conference around Europe, but:

My son asked me if I know anybody in Edinburgh/Glasgow, and I might, so I'll just forward his request:

 My name is Samo (24yrs old) and I am looking for a couch to crash on for one
 night (02.06-03.06) in either Edinburgh or Glasgow (or somewhere inbetween). I
 will participate in a conferenz in Glasgow about geospatial data management
 (https://agile-gi.eu/), and while the university pays for accomodation the
 rest of the week I would like to explore Scotland a little bit and meet some
 people :)

 I study Geodesy and Geoinformatics as a Masters degree in Vienna (I focus on
 automatic spatial data extraction from satellite imagery), so if you have any
 questions regarding that (and Earths weird shape and rotation) or would be
 willing to host me for a night, please write me a mail at samuel at plix.at.

So if anybody of you is interested, please either drop me or Samo a line. And if you're ever in Vienna, make sure to contact me so we can go out for a $beer :-)
