[Edinburgh-pm] New regular meeting venue

As I suggested a couple of days ago, our new regular meeting venue is:

I had several yeses, and nobody's dissented, so that seems OK to me.
But again, please let me know if you dislike this plan.

The regular schedule remains unchanged as the fourth Thursday of each
month, at least for now. However, for this one special month only, our
November meeting will be moved to Tuesday 18th November, to mark the
fifteenth anniversary of the first ever Edinburgh.pm meeting.
