[Edinburgh-pm] Edinburgh Hackathon?

At some point, someone is going to have to tell me what is actually
going to happen at this event.

Parrot has been mentioned, but I'm not sure whether the plan is to
implement a Parrot interpreter or what.

Spending a substantial proportion of a day in a Burger King as opposed to
(what at least used to be) a put with reasonable beer.
