Message-ID: <1032691105.3d8d9da14d4af@www.inbox.lv> Hi, I signed up to the Edinburgh.pm mailing list a while ago and just noticed that there's not been any mail sent to it in the past couple of months. Is it an active group? Do you have regular meetings etc? I live in Glasgow and I'd be interested in coming to meetings to give/listen to talks etc. Regards, Jeff -- Tavs bezmaksas pasts Inbox.lv --- This message contains no viruses. They tend to be reasonably well attended, but for some reason never quite seem to turn over and keep firing. Anyone who wants to pick up the baton and Organise things is probably very welcome to do so! -- Charlie From rory at employees.org Sun Sep 22 07:10:02 2002 From: rory at employees.org (Rory Macdonald) Date: Thu Aug 5 00:01:02 2004 Subject: [edinburgh-pm] Is edinburgh.pm active? If you have a talk you'd like to give then I'm sure it would be well received. If you'd like to meet up then feel free to suggest a date/time/place to the list. So far the meets have taken place in the Guilford Arms - decent beers on tap. Message-ID: <1032971996.3d91e6dcd1b7f@www.inbox.lv> Hey, (I realised I had sent this to just Rory instead of the list, doh. This new mail service I'm using is weird. :) What about Saturday the 26th of October. Say beginning with some talks/discussion/tutorial style stuff followed by the pub? How is that time for people? Also, why don't we all mail in some suggestions for things we'd like to see talked about and someone could then volunteer to do a talk on that subject. Jeff --- This message contains no viruses. I'd be interested to chat to anyone who has been using the testing modules and how they found them. I'm currently trying to do a similar thing with PL/SQL (wishing it was Perl!) using UTPLSQL and it'd be intriguing to contrast them.
