Forwarded from a former colleague who isn't (yet) on the list. He also defected to ruby but I don't hold that against him. :-)

Drew

---------- Forwarded message ----------
The first question is where would we meet? I've previously suggested to my $boss about using work space. He was OK with the idea but we're in Blanchardstown, which is likely not convenient for anyone but myself. :-) I assume we could get a room from one of the universities?
Ruby Ireland has just had a meet up at the Seagrass restaurant (http://www.seagrassdublin.com/). I wasn't able to make it, but I gather it worked out well as a venue. I believe the manager was quite helpful in meeting the needs of a group of techies and it's handy to be able to avail of tapas :-)
