Ich hoffe, es kommen morgen mal wieder richtig viele Leute, wie in den
guten alten Zeiten (wann immer die waren).

Wir haben einen Vortrag über PerlWM auf dem Programm und bei Bedarf
kann ich noch zeigen, wie man aus Prolog-Programme in Perl integriert
(Language::Prolog::Yaswi).

Und falls meine Lisp-Blutbäder für den CPerl6-Emacs-Mode jemanden
interessieren ...

Der "erste Donnerstag im Monat" klappt demnächst voraussichtlich nicht
mehr. Ich werde mich daher demnächst zu "Neuverhandlungen" ins
Pentacon begeben.

Chance für einen Neuanfang. Könnt ihr euch mal bitte alle zu
Lieblingsterminen oder *absoluten* Unmachbar-Terminen äußern.

Vielleicht gibt's ja auch paar Leute, die bisher nur wegen des
ungünstigen Termins nicht kommen konnten. Die haben jetzt die Chance,
sich Horizonte zu öffnen.

Also Chancen nutzen, wie der Fernseher immer sagt.

Evtl. arbeiten viele unter der Woche außerhalb. Wenn man aber Freitag 
Abend wieder zurück nach Dresden kommt, geht man wohl kaum noch zum 
Perl-Treffen. Donnerstag war schon ganz OK. Da konnte man sich die ganze 
Woche schon mal darauf Einstimmen. Montag wäre vielleicht nicht so günstig.

Zu bedenken ist:
Mittwoch ist Lug-dd-Abend (jeden 2-ten Mitwoch im Monat)
Dienstag ist c3d2-Abend   (unregelmässig)
Montag ist Montag   (!)[0]
Freitag ist Freitag (siehe Montag)
Wir könnten also die Mittwoche nehmen, wo kein Lug-Treffen ist.

[0] Obwohl... da könnte man sich am Wochenende auf Vorträge vorbereiten.

Ich würde grundsätzlich Freitag ausschliessen.

Hi all!

Ich war heute im Pentacon. Also es ist so:

Mit bissel Glück bleibt ab 2006 unser "1. Donnerstag im Monat"
bestehen. Ist aber noch nicht verbindlich. Wenn es das mal ist, wird
alles bissel "richtiger" als bisher. Wir bezahlen voraussichtlich auch
einen kleinen Obulus, ähnlich wie früher in der Wir AG, können dafür
aber auch regelmäßig z.B. mit einem Beamer rechnen und sind, wenn
wir wollen, auch mehr in des Pentacons Außendarstellung
präsent. Sülz. :-)

Allerdings ist der Rest von 2005 bissel danebengegangen. Menschliches
Versagen meinerseits. Wir müssen uns für unser November-Treffen
irgendwoanders einen trockenen Platz suchen und auch im Dezember habe
ich erstmal eher in Torschlusspanik den letzten freien Tag, Dienstag
den 20.12., reserviert.

Jemand mit einen Raum-Vorschlag für das Treffen nächste Woche?

Und überhaupt: Themen?  Wir haben zumindest eine Jahresfeier (noch
zweites oder schon drittes Jahr?) nachzuholen. Machmer zur Abwechslung
mal ein Social Meeting? Muahaha, Brüller. :-)

Hallo ihr Dresdner,

aus weiter Ferne (aus der steinernen Chronik von Thüringen) muss
ich als überwiegend stiller Mitleser euch doch wiedermal behelligen.

Also, bei uns gibt es keinerlei Perl-Mongers und meine Bemühungen
selbst etwas zu initiieren waren nicht so erfolgreich wie gedacht.
Aber obwohl ich als Autodidakt mich eher als Anfänger bezeichnen
würde, versuche ich 2 meiner Schüler in einem Crashkurs diese
Sprache näher zu bringen. - naja.

Aber, trotzdem trete ich eigentlich auf der Stelle. Da ich selbst
für Arktur gerade ein kleines Script schreibe und zu folgenden
zwei Problemen nichts gefunden habe, hoffe ich auf Hinweise von
euch:

1. für ein Logfile hätte ich es gern so, dass dieses Logfile den
    Namen des Scripts + Endung ".log" hat. Meine Frage, wie frage
    ich den Namen des aufrufenden Scripts ab?

2. Wenn der Aufruf durch eine Prozedur/Funktion erfolgt, wie kann
    ich den Namen diese Prozedur erhalten?

ich hätte mal folgende Frage: steht irgendwie mal ein "thematischer"
Abend zu "webmin-Programmierung" auf dem Plan? Genauso interessant
wäre für mich ZOPE-Programmierung, natürlich die Perl-Schnittstelle.

Falls dazu mal etwas vorgesehen ist und die reale Chance, dass man
danach auch selbst zurecht kommen könnte, dann würde ich auch mal
so auf den Sprung dafür nach Dresden fahren (in der Hoffnung, dass
der Dienstag bleibt)

Aber letzteres bitte nur als Frage auffassen - man findet zur Webmin-
Programmierung leider keine deutschsprachige Literatur/Webseiten etc.

Einfach $0 auslesen. Siehe Script im Anhang.

Mit "caller". Auch im Script im Anhang. Aber noch Doku dazu lesen,
"caller" ist vielseitig.

Oh, dann bist Du im Netz falsch abgebogen. Es gibt wirklich
*unendlich* viel Dokumentation. Zu jedem Detail in Perl. Evtl. ist es
nicht so leicht, falls man die englischen Dokus nicht mag. Such da

Du meinst sicher den Deutschen Perl Workshop. Der ist mit 75,- EUR für
Privatpersonen (oder sogar 50,- EUR für Mitmach-Orgas und Studenten)
aber echt günstig. Das meiste geht für Reise und Übernachtung drauf,
aber dagegen ist auch der Workshop machtlos.

Du solltest wirklich mal schauen, ob Du nicht das Geld zusammengespart
bekommst und einmal probeweise hinfahren. Die 3 Tage geben wirklich
immer einen guten Schub.

Vom Deutschen Perlworkshop kann man die Workshop-CD und den
Tagungsband käuflich erwerben. Ich weiß jetzt keinen Preis, bissel was

Wie gesagt, Du bist im Netz sicherlich falsch abgebogen. Die anderen

PHP ist heute, was Basic 1985 war, der Einsteigermainstream.
Prinzipiell kein Problem, nur dass heutzutage mehr Leute als je zuvor
drauflosreden. Das Geblubber kann einen durchaus ersticken.

Wie gesagt, probier mal Perl-Community. Das ist eher unabhängig von
Perl-Mongers-Gruppen, mehr überregional, trotzdem deutschsprachig.

Ich bin nicht sicher, wie rum Du es meinst:

Man soll ja eh' alle zwei Jahre eine neue Programmiersprache

bevor Du mit PHP losmachst.

Bisher nicht. Aber vielleicht machst *Du* ja schon was damit und *Du*

Die Perl-Schnittstelle wär mal interessant. Ich selbst konnte mit Zope
nichts anfangen, vielleicht macht ja aber jemand anderes was damit.

ja. ist auch auch zu verstehen. - Danke für diese Beispiele.

hm. kann sein, dass nur nichts dabei war, was mich interessiert hat.
Allerdings von angesprochenen Themen war etliches dabei, schade
das man da nicht teilnehmen kann - *neidisch*  :)

Hm, die hatte ich "vergessen". Kann an zwei Gründen liegen,
ich konnte bisher alles per Mail machen (offline) und brauchte mir 
deshalb noch keine Gedanken über Flatrate u.ä. zu machen.

Ich hatte also gezielt nach Listen gesucht. Die 2 deutschsprachigen
Newsgroups waren enttäuschend. entweder betraf es nur mich, aber die
Fragen die ich gestellt hatte, wurden einfach nicht verstanden und
es kam als Antwort nur (offensichtlicher) Mist. kann aber Ausnahme
gewesen sein.

ja, ich hatte ja schon zweimal Hilfe bei euch bekommen. Es ging mir
nur darum deutlich zu machen, dass man (zumindest per Mail) in anderen
Sprachen eher (deutschsprachige) Hilfe findet.

ja, so hatte ich das auch nicht gelesen oder habe die Preise für
Privatpersonen überlesen. Das ist allerdings okay.

ich bin trotzdem Anfänger - brauche das für meine Arbeit nicht
wirklich (Informatiklehrer in Thüringen -> durch Lehrplan
vorgeschriebene Programmiersprachen) ...

ich bin Jahrgang 1957, aus dem Osten, hatte damals auch englisch,
aber die Lehrer konnten es eigentlich auch nicht und habe das bis
zur Wende nicht gebraucht. Es ist einfach nichts mehr da.

ja, so kam es mir in der Perl-News-Group auch vor :)
Aber das war nicht das was ich meinte. PHP ist trotzdem "in".
Das kann man von Perl leider nicht so sagen. Offensichtlich ist
die Bedeutung (auch für Anfänger) nicht klar, oder/und kompetente
Hilfestellung für Einsteiger zumindest schwerlich zu bekommen.

Wer aber einmal sich in eine Sprache eingearbeitet hat, der stellt
sich m.E. freiwillig so schnell nicht um. Deshalb sehe ich es schon
als kritisch für Perl, das aus meiner Sicht sich mehr auf die
orientiert wird, die eigentlich schon Perl können.

da ich überlege, mir eine Flatrate zuzulegen, da wird das dann für
mich in der Tat ein Thema.

das die Liste nicht nur zur Organisation der Treffen der Perl-Mongers
dient.

ich will nicht mit PHP losmachen - ich hatte mich schon intensiv mit
PHP beschäftigt, aber Perl gefällt mir besser. Und es gefällt mir auch
besser als Java und Python. (Java hatte ich mal einen Anfänger-Kurs
á 40 Stunden an der VHS unterrichtet und Python ist in der 10 Klasse
die empfohlene Programmiersprache bei uns. ich bilde mir ein, ich
habe zumindest eine Basis zum Vergleichen :)

ist mir schon klar mit dem "nicht unernst".

Nur damit keine Missverständnisse entstehen. Natürlich ist mir bewußt,
dass ich hier für mich profitieren wollte. Es geht mir nicht darum,
mich vor irgend etwas zu drücken oder andere auszunutzen. Meine Perl-
kenntnisse habe ich mir nur (selbst) angeeignet, um bei der
Schulserverentwicklung (Arktur) beizutragen. Will damit sagen, so 
egoistisch wie es aussieht ist es nicht.

Und um dort noch besser helfen zu können (und meinen eigenen Aufwand
zu optimieren), habe ich nur nachgefragt. Letztendlich werde ich mich
sicher damit selbst auseinander setzen müssen. Natürlich stelle ich
das dann genauso zur Verfügung, wie ich bisher (auf anderen Bereich)
alles zur Verfügung gestellt habe.

habe ich käuflich erworben. nur Installation, Konfiguration und
viele Paketbeschreibungen. leider nichts zum Programmieren.

Allerdings habe ich die ersten Sachen verstanden. es ist aber
trotzdem mühsam, ohne brauchbares deutschsprachiges Tutorial.
(man ist ja nicht mehr der jüngste :)


Bitte meine letzten Auführung nur als Meinung eines Außenstehnden
zu betrachten. Es ging mir in erster Linie um die 2 fachlichen Fragen
die zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet wurden. - Danke.

Der Workshop ist durchaus auch für Anfänger geeignet. Man sieht
einfach mal, was die anderen so machen. Das weitet den Tellerrand
wirklich enorm. Auch oder gerade für Anfänger.

Außerdem kann man sich mit einigen Leuten mal "richtig" unterhalten.
Wenn Du Dich demnächst vielleicht auch bissel bei Perl-Community
tummelst, dann ist der Perlworkshop eine gute Real-Live-Gelegenheit.

Perl ist nur nicht mehr so sichtbar, weil mehr ernsthafte Sachen, auch
ohne Web-Kram damit gemacht werden.

Es ist in der Tat so, dass sich derzeit nicht mehr so viele um die
Anfänger kümmern, wie das z.B. in PHP gerade der Fall ist. Diese
Zielgruppe hat sich dorthin verlagert.

Das ist allerdings kein komplettes Fiasko, weil Perl sich sehr
stark weiterentwickelt hat und um einiges professioneller und
"large-scaliger" geworden ist.

IMHO hat Perl diese Phase halt einfach schon hinter sich. Und
irgendwann muss ja mal der Punkt kommen, wo die Sprache "keine Lust
mehr hat", sich ständig um die immer gleichen Grundlagen-Features zu
drehen.

Für den Anwender-Nachwuchs könnte das allerdings ein strategisches
Problem sein.

Wenn PHP irgendwann mal 20 Jahre alt ist, wird die Sprache sich
vielleicht auch weiterentwickelt haben und dann haben die Anfänger es
wieder schwer, sich mit den fortgeschrittenen Konzepten
anzufreunden. Dann springt die nächste Sprache in die Lücke.

Sie soll eigentlich auch gar nicht nur zur Orga dienen. Das Problem
der Nicht-Lebhaftigkeit haben aber alle deutschen Perl-Mailinglisten.

Du darfst gerne hier alle Deine inhaltlichen Perl-Fragen stellen, wir
sind noch eine der aktiveren Mailinglisten in Deutschland.

Und Du darfst die Liste ruhig auch an andere Perl-Benutzer
weiterempfehlen, auch wenn sie nicht in Dresden sitzen und
nicht zu den Treffen kommen. 

Dann hätten wir wenigstens mehr inhaltliche Diskussion hier.

Hallo allerseits,

ich habe heute ein kleines Problem mit dem Suchen und Merken.
Beispiel:
$Text = "Hier steht ein Text mit mehreren BU-Tags, die geparst werden 
sollen. <BU_2>Bildunterschrift 2</BU_2> und eine weitere 
<BU_2>Bildunterschrift 1</BU_1> und noch ein wenig blabla";

Ich will nun die Tags mit den BU-rausfiltern und mir dabei die Position 
merken, wo ich die gefunden habe. Hintergrund ist, dass in einem 
weiteren <IMAGES></IMAGES>-Tag die Bildpfade stehen.

Problem dabei ist, dass die Bilder in der Reihenfolge der BU-geparst 
werden, die Position der BU-Tags leider nicht immer chronologisch sind. 
(Erst BU_1 dann BU_2 ff..)

Momentan parse ich so.
$bu_array = array("BU_1","BU_2" ...);

foreach(@bu_array){
                    $bu_tag = $_;
                    # print "suchtag = $suchtag\n";
                    if($artikel =~ /.*?<$bu_tag>(.*?)<\/$bu_tag>.*?/i) {
                        $tmptxt = $1;
                        $bu .= $tmptxt."XXXX";
                    } else { $tmptxt = ""; }

In tmptxt steht als Ergebnis meiner derzeitigen Parserei $bu = 
$bu_1."XXXX".$bu_2 .....
Die Bilder wären aber Bild2,Bild1 in der Reihenfolge..

Gibts eine Möglichkeit, beim Suchen die Position des Treffers zu merken 
und danach dann den $bu zusammenzubauen?
Also in der foreach-Schleife zu sagen, die Treffer nach der 
Findeposition zusammenzusetzen???

Ich hoffe, ich habe mich verständlich ausgedrückt....

Lies Dir mal perldoc -f pos durch und dann, was \G in der Regex macht. Vielleicht hilft Dir das schon auf die Sprünge.

Bricht man den Auth.-Vorgang ab, kommt man zur gewünschten Seite. Das sperrt möglicherweise Interessenten aus, die ggf. dann aufgeben.

Das ist mir auch schon mit anderen Browsern untergekommen.
