looking to add a Perl Scripter with Java experience to their team to help
out on some projects. The client isn't too strict on how much Java VS Perl
experience you have as long as you are strong in one and have experience
in the other. </font>

you are NOT interested or already engaged in a current contract, do you
know of anyone that might be interested in this position? If we place them
with one of our clients I can pay you up to a $1 hr referral fee for every

<br><font size=2 face="Arial">North Dallas client is looking for a Perl
Scripter with Java experience. This is an open ended 6+ month contract
position.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Overview: Working within a multi-disciplinary
project team, you will apply your software engineering skills to contribute
to the successful development and support of a market leading telecommunications
network management products.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible
for developing Iris Session Analyzer software applications for telecommunications
and data networks. You will take part in all aspects of the software life
cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, peer review,
testing, integration, configuration management, and troubleshooting. You
will work as an integral member of a self directed agile development team
employing a Scrum based methodology. Must have scripting skills.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Perl Scripting Experience</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Experience with web services</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Proficiency in at least one Linux or Unix
Operating System such as Redhat Linux or Solaris 10 </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Strong Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
skills with exposure to design tools and design patterns. </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Working knowledge in modern web application
development frameworks (Tomcat, Spring). </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Experience in XML is required.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Pluses but not required:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">UML Experience</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Grails and Groovy are a plus, but not required</font>

and Swing. </font>
